Flametongue Ray is one of the Epic fish in Palia that is required for the Flamerod Bundle of Vault of the Flames Shrine in the Night Sky Island. Where to Find Flametongue Ray in Palia

Flametongue Ray fish can be found in Kilima Rivers using Glow Worms as bait in the morning and the day. There are several spots in Kilima Valley to fish in the Kilima Rivers, but one of the best fishing spots to find Flametongue Ray is the waterfall area on the Northeast side of Kilima Valley. The fishing spot is located on the east side of your plot area and you can reach it by crossing the Chapaa Crossing area.

How to Catch Flametongue Ray

To catch the Flametongue Ray fish, you need to use Glow Worm as bait on your fishing rod during the morning or daytime in Palia. The Morning starts at 3 AM and lasts till 6 AM whereas, the Day starts at 6 AM and lasts till 6 PM. So basically, you will have a lot of time from Morning to daytime to catch the Flametongue Ray.

Now, that you have reached the Flametongue Ray fish location and brought a few Glow Worms with you, you need to start catching fish in the deep area of the river. Cast the line as far as you can with your fishing rod with Glow Worm equipped as a bait and wait for the bobber to shake three times. As the bobber starts to move after the third shake, Reel in the fish by holding the Left-Click Button and moving the mouse to keep the fish inside the brackets to catch the fish.

It can take a few tries or even more than 10 tries to catch Flametongue Ray because there are other fish in the pond who will strike first at the bait so, be patient to catch the Flametongue Ray. Radiant Sunfish is also found in the same location which is another rare fish that is needed for the Flamerod Bundle. Once you have caught the Flametongue Ray, you can contribute it to the Flamerod Bundle at the shrine in the Night Sky Island.
