Palia - Rainbow Trout

Rainbow Trout is one of the uncommon fish in Palia that is required for the Cloudcurrent Bundle of Vault of the Gales Shrine in the Night Sky Island. The Cloudcurrent Bundle requires four rare fish that players have to collect and contribute to the bundle to complete it. One of the rare Fish is the Rainbow Trout which players can find at any time.

In this guide, we’ll go over where you can find Rainbow Trout in Palia.

Where to Find Rainbow Trout in Palia

Rainbow Trout can be found in Kilima Rivers without using bait at any time. There are several spots in Kilima Valley to fish in the Kilima Rivers, but one of the best fishing spots to find Rainbow Trout is the waterfall area on the Northeast side of Kilima Valley. The fishing spot is located on the east side of your plot area and you can reach it by crossing the Chapaa Crossing area.

How to Catch Rainbow Trout

Catching the Rainbow Trout doesn’t require any specific bait or time which makes this fishing endeavor easy. Upon reaching any fishing location of the Kilima Rivers, you need to start catching fish in the deep area of the river. Cast the line as far as you can with your fishing rod and wait for the bobber to shake three times.

As the bobber starts to move after the third shake, Reel in the fish by holding the Left-Click Button and moving the mouse to keep the fish inside the brackets to catch the fish. It can take a few tries or even more than 10 tries to catch Rainbow Trout because there are other fish in the pond who will strike first at the bait so, be patient to catch the Rainbow Trout.

Once you have caught the Rainbow Trout, you can contribute it to the Cloudcurrent Bundle at the shrine in the Night Sky Island.
