Park Beyond: How to Hire Staff Members

In Park Beyond, a captivating Construction and Management Simulation game, players have the opportunity to construct and manage their very own dream theme park. From designing the layout to selecting thrilling rides and customizing the park, the possibilities are endless. As you progress through the game and open your park to the public, managing their happiness becomes crucial. To assist with this, hiring competent staff members is essential. This guide will walk you through the process of hiring staff members in Park Beyond.

How to Hire Staff Members in Park Beyond

Staff members play a vital role in the success of your theme park, as they cater to the diverse needs of the visitors. Since you can’t handle everything on your own, hiring capable staff members to cover various aspects of the park is a smart move. Follow these steps to hire staff members:

  1. Select the Park Management option from the menu bar on the left side of the screen. The Park Management icon is represented by a person wearing a hat.
  2. In the Park Management menu, choose the Staff tab located at the top of the screen.
  3. On the right side of the staff list, you’ll find the “Hire Staff” option.
  4. Click on “Hire Staff,” and a list of available staff members will be displayed. Simply select the staff members you wish to hire, and they will be added to your employee list.

Each type of staff member has a designated base salary, which you must pay monthly. Therefore, it’s important to ensure that your park generates sufficient revenue to cover their salaries. Understanding the roles of different staff members is crucial for effective management:

  • Janitor: Janitors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the park. They clean toilets, pick up litter, empty trash cans, and remove any unsightly messes.
  • Entertainer: Entertainers perform at designated entertainment points, engaging and amusing visitors with their talents.
  • Mechanic: Mechanics are skilled in the maintenance and repair of shops, flat rides, and roller coasters. They ensure that all attractions are in optimal working condition.
  • Paramedic: Paramedics attend to visitor needs, including curing “Newphoria” (a game-specific ailment), treating nausea, and replenishing visitor well-being.

As your theme park expands, it’s important to strategically place resting spots and eating areas throughout the park, along with deploying a diverse team of staff members to cater to the visitors’ needs.

By following these steps and hiring competent staff members, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of your theme park and enhance the overall experience for your valued visitors.
