Pokémon Legends: Arceus may have another new regional form

Pokémon Legends: Arceus would hold surprises in terms of regional forms. A new one could be used in combat, according to some fan observers.

Pokémon Legends: Arceus has been postulated as one of the most important games in the series thanks to its unique open-world formula so far, although it would not be the last novelty.

The last trailer of the game left a good amount of details of all kinds. In it, for example, we could see more about the alpha forms, pokémon that will act in a more aggressive way and that will act as mini-bosses.

According to the official description, these alpha forms are Pokémon that are larger than normal and have glowing red eyes. The alphas will chase you and attack you when they see you. They are tough opponents, but they will become great allies if you manage to catch them.

The game indicates that, technically, we will be able to use the alpha pokémon to our advantage but does not comment on how this will be possible. This is where a viral image comes in.

A screenshot taken from the trailer itself hinted at how this new regional form could be applied to our pokémon. It could be a style that we have already seen in other installments.

Next to the male symbol of the Rowlett pokémon, we see another small colorless sign that could be dedicated to indicating if a pokémon is in alpha mode or not. Which could mean that this shape would be related to how Mega Evolution or Dynamax is applied.

If we activated this form we could get more additional statistics for our pokémon or gain special attacks thanks to its size, said Reddit user Wlsgarus.

However, this is just speculation and could be related to many other aspects of the game

I enjoy playing games, and gaming is a passion of mine. Among my favorite games are Tears of the Kingdom, GTA, and Cyberpunk.
