Pokemon Scarlet and Violet have many different items in the game that are used for different purposes. As players will be catching different types of Pokemon throughout their journey, they will have to keep a good stock of different Poke Balls. There are different types of Poke Balls that are used to catch opposing Pokemon in the battles. There is only one Elite Poke Ball in the game and its name is Master Ball.
In this guide, we’ll tell you how to get Master Ball in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
Getting Master Ball
Master Ball is one of its types and unlike the previous Pokemon Games, Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet only have Master Ball in the game that is obtained by the players at a specific point in the game. The Master Ball is only obtainable from Master Clavell himself at the Academy. Master Clavell will give the Master Ball to the players once they have defeated the final boss of the game. Meaning, players will have to defeat the game and let the credits roll out. Then players will get the message on the screen that Master Clavell would like to talk to them.
Beating the game will require players to complete all three main paths of the game. This means they will have to defeat all the Gym Leaders, Star Base Teams, and all Titans. Only then the game will complete. Once you have got the message, you need to go to the respective Academy depending on the version of your game. Go to the Academy and talk to Master Clavell and he will congratulate you on becoming the champion and will give you the Master Ball.
Number of Master Balls That You Can Get
Players can only get 1 Master Ball in the whole game and then they will be able to use it on any level of Pokemon in the whole Paldea. Players will not be able to buy it from any shop or Pokemon Center in the game and they can only get it from Master Clavell himself.
Master Ball is one of its own because it can catch any level of Pokemon without failing it. Meaning, you can throw it to catch a legendary Pokemon of level 72 and the Master Ball will secure the Pokemon in the ball without letting the Pokemon escape the Ball. You can use it only once, so players have to save it and then use it on the Pokemon that they think is the most difficult.
