Police arrest a Pokémon GO player after a strong fight with a friend

It seems that Pokémon GO continues to generate quite crazy situations. Here we bring you one that has gone viral in the last few hours.

To our knowledge, Kanehisa Satoh, 56-year-old Pokémon GO player, has been arrested in Hokkaido, Japan, after having an argument with his 55-year-old friend over the Niantic app. The two apparently met several years ago while playing Pokémon GO, but it seems their hobby has finally led to a fight.

According to what was shared, the discussion began near a Pokémon GO gym. Satoh shared the following when he was arrested: “I got mad because he (his friend) had gone ahead and taken over my space.” After this, it appears that Satoh grabbed his friend by the chest and then proceeded to kick the mirror on the driver’s side of the friend’s car.

The friend called the police and Satoh was arrested for assault and property damage. At the moment nothing more has been shared about it, but this crazy fight has already been circulating on the network in the last hours like wildfire.
