There are several factions in the world of Starfield that players will get the chance to join. Of course, the decision relies on the players whether they want to join the faction or not. Joining the factions will unlock more quests and other benefits that are worth considering and one of the best factions to join is the Crimson Fleet.

How to Join the Crimson Fleet in Starfield

The Crimson Fleet is one of the factions that you can choose to join pretty early on in the game. A faction run by the Pirate leaders can terminate anyone at will and can grant you various benefits as you complete quests for them. However, before you get to do that, you must get to join the Crimson Fleet to know the secrets. There are two different methods from which you can join the Crimson Fleet in Starfield.

1. Sign up as a Vanguard

The first method that you can use to join the Crimson Fleet is to sign up as a UC Vanguard by talking to Commander Taula. He can be found in Mast District of New Atlantis and by requesting to join the Vanguard, you will get to complete a small training. After the training, you will unlock the Grunt Work quest. You need to complete the quest to get the opportunity to join the Crimson Fleet to learn about their secrets.

2. Commit Crime or Get Scanned for Bringing in Illegal Items

The easy method to join the Crimson Method is by committing any kind of crime on Jemison Planet or bringing any Illegal Item on Jemison Planet and get scanned. To commit a crime, you can punch a civilian, shoot the civilian, pickpocket in front of the UC Security, and much more.

Once you get caught committing a Crime, UC Security will come to you and you need to agree to go with them. After the loading screen, you will be placed in front of Commander Ikande, who will offer you to join the Crimson Fleet to which you need to happily agree.
