Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life is an Adventure Simulation game in which players will be able to partake in a number of activities on the farm as well as around the farm. As there are a number of people living on the farm, each one of them has their own profession and players can choose to help them to earn various rewards. How to Get the Shovel in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life

Before players get to the digging, they would have to get the Shovel to dig the ruins. In order to get the Shovel, players would have to find the Digging Site on the map and talk to Professor Carter. Talking to Prof. Carter for the first time will give Shovel to the players that can only be used for mining.

How to Find Artifacts on Digging Site in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life

By obtaining the shovel, players would be able to dig on the highlighted square area of the ruins. Simply press the interact button to start digging into the highlighted area. If there is any fossil or any item found in the digging area, an exclamation mark will pop up on the character and the character will grab the found item. However, it is difficult to find any item on the digging site. The digging site is limited and players can only dig in the central area of the ruins.

Most of the time the items require more than one time digging on the same spot. So, in order to find items or artifacts more quickly, players would have to do the digging more than once at the same spot. To find the maximum number of artifacts, players would have to dig at all the possible spots multiple times.

After finding the artifacts, players would be able to sell the artifacts for a decent price to make money or give them to the people to increase the bond. Mining is an optional activity but it can be very useful in the early game to make more money or to increase bond with the people on the farm.
