Summer Event Returns to Disney Dreamlight Valley with Two New Furniture Items

The Marshmallows are blooming again in the Valley as the Summer event returns to Disney Dreamlight Valley. The Summer event was initially introduced last year in September under the name of End of Summer. However, this time, the summer event is renamed as Summer Sizzle and is currently live. The Summer Sizzle event will be live for roughly three weeks (20 Days) and ends on July 22, 2025.  

Summer Sizzle Event is Now Live in Disney Dreamlight Valley

The Summer Sizzle Event in Disney Dreamlight Valley is a limited-time annual event. This year, the event has a new name and offers a couple of new items for players to acquire. Just like last year, players will find two unique sweets, Pink and Blue Marshmallows, in the Valley. Players can use the Marshmallows to cook two new tasty treats and craft various furniture items. Moreover, there are two exclusive duties that players can complete to earn exclusive rewards.

What to Do During the Summer Sizzle Event

The whole Summer Sizzle event is mainly focused on getting the new Pink and Blue Marshmallows. Because both of them are essential for the meal recipes, crafting recipes, and completing the duties. Players will see the Marshmallow Bushes around the Plaza biome and Blue Marshmallows randomly spawning on the ground in certain biomes of the Valley. Gather the marshmallows and use them to cook S’mores and Roasted Marshmallows.

Cooking these meals will unlock the recipe for the three furniture items that the players can craft at the Crafting Station. Moreover, check your mail to get the recipe for the Sizzling BBQ Cooking Station and Summer Crafting Station. These are the two new furniture items in this year’s summer event.

Last but not least, there are a couple of exclusive village duties for the event. Completing each duty will reward you with an exclusive Clothing Item reward.
