Marvel’s Avengers peaked at # 1 on the UK charts for two weeks, with Super Mario 3D All-Stars becoming the top-selling game in local retail from 13 to 19 September

The limited re-release of Super Mario 64, Sunshine, and Galaxy for the hybrid console from Nintendo, saw one of the biggest launches for Switch in the UK. It is surpassed only by Pokémon Sword & Shield, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and Mario Odyssey. At the same time, for the entire history of sales in the region, the collection took 15th place among releases from Nintendo.

The top 10 included two more notable releases of the week — WWE 2K Battlegrounds (sixth place) and eFootball PES 2021 Season Update (ninth place).

At the same time, some already released games showed not the worst exposure. Avengers went to number two on the chart, while Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 lost two positions to number four. Minecraft Dungeons, in turn, fell from the sixth line to the eighth.
