Crash Bandicoot 4: it's About Time Will feature competitive and cooperative multiplayer

It’s still a short time since Min Min from ARMS landed on Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as the sixth fighter DLC. However, all fans of the Nintendo Switch fighting game are looking at what surprises the Nintendo have in the form of new characters. Since then, theories and rumors have not been lacking, being a clear example of one of the most recent that assured that the next DLC fighter was going to be a Pokémon. It seems that eventually, that will not happen, although recently another theory has emerged.

This new theory is about one of the most requested characters as DLC from the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate fan community. Indeed, we talked about Crash Bandicoot, one of the fighters, in addition, who entered our wish list of the Sakurai’s game. This theory arises from the fact that according to a recent leak, Crash Bandicoot 4: it’s About time would arrive on Nintendo Switch, when this new release is only, for the moment, announced for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One for the next 2 October.

Following the leak, Twitter user IanSouza asked if this was a sign that Crash Bandicoot was going to be the new Super Smash Bros. Ultimate character. This, logically, made the fans delusional with it, although as we always say, this is far from official information and is nothing more than a theory. However, it would make some sense for Nintendo to take advantage of this release to include Crash Bandicoot as a character.

For the moment, it’s time to keep waiting, and who knows if it will finally be announced on a highly rumored Nintendo Direct for the next August 18th. We will keep an eye out to inform you as soon as possible. What characters do you think they will add to the game in the future?

I enjoy playing games, and gaming is a passion of mine. Among my favorite games are Tears of the Kingdom, GTA, and Cyberpunk.
