An interesting detail related to Animal Crossing: New Horizons comes to us. It seems that the last update has introduced a small change.
This is to prevent players from enjoying the announced events until it is the exact time in the real world when it starts. This is something that was done with the first updates but was later discontinued.
Now, with the Turkey Day and Toy Day events, players cannot change the clock to participate in the two announced dates in question. They are reporting that the events do not happen when you travel to the date in question, unlike what happened for example on Halloween.
We will keep an eye out for further confirmation. In the meantime, what do you think about this change?
