Volvagia appears in the latest trailer of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom

We know that the upcoming Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom isn’t connected to any previous games or continuation of any Zelda game, and takes place in a new version of Hyrule, but it does include a resemblance of many iconic locations of Hyrule. Recently, Nintendo released a continuation trailer of the Traversing Hyrule which reveals one of the iconic bosses from Zelda World.

At the end of this new trailer, we can see Zelda traversing through a Fire Temple where a dragon emerges from the lava. Believe it or not, this dragon resembles the Volvagia, the main boss of the Fire Temple that Link fights in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

It is exciting to see that this new title will bring iconic enemy encounters that players will get to experience in a new 2D Zelda adventure. The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom is set to release on September 26, 2024, for the Nintendo Switch.
