Farming Simulator 22 pushing snow: Snow does not go away?

The innovations of the new Farming Simulator 22 include the seasons. With the introduction of the seasons, a feature was integrated into the game, which in the previous version had to be retrofitted via mods such as the popular Seasons mod. Due to the seasons and especially the winter, not only visual but also playful changes come into play. So there can be plenty of snow in winter, which you should clear away depending on the amount of snowfall. Here the question arises, how can you push the snow and what can you do if the snow does not go away?

Clear and push snow

To clear the snow from your own yard and streets, you need a snow shovel/snowplow, which you can buy from dealers under “Equipment” and “Winter Equipment”. In addition to the snow shovels and snowplows, there is also a salt spreader among the winter equipment. The salt spreader can be used to clear the paths and streets of snow and ice. The salt spreader only works up to a certain snow depth, if the amount of snow is too much, then only a snow shovel helps.

Snow doesn’t go away?

If the snow doesn’t go away in the FS22, then there is probably a simple reason. As it currently looks, you can only clear the snow on your own yard and streets in Farming Simulator 22. Anyone who tries to clear the snow on other properties, such as at the dealer or some production facility, will not get the snow away. So far it is unclear whether this is a bug or a feature. As soon as there is new information on why the snow in the FS22 cannot be cleared on other people’s properties, we will of course add it here.
