How to catch all the legendary Pokemon in Legends: Arceus

As usual, in Pokémon Legends: Arceus you will have a good handful of legendary creatures to capture, although practically all of them belong to the post-game. You’re going to have to be patient and arm yourself with a good handful of Ultra Balls because things get quite tense in this game due to the boosted power of many moves.

As you’ve already read above, for the vast majority of creatures on this list, you’re going to have to have beaten the story. There are only two legendary creatures that you are going to get due to the story, and the rest are part of the endgame.

So you can capture all the legendary in Pokémon Legends: Arceus

At some point in the story after beating the main questline, you will arrive at Metis’ shop. There, you will be able to choose a good handful of options that will unlock many of these legendaries.

In the table below you have the location of all the creatures to be captured.

DARKRAY	Corona Slope (Sacred Hill)		Save before entering the area.You can only capture it if you have a saved game of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond or Gleaming Pearl on your Switch.
HEATRAN	Cobalt Coast (Lava Dome Altar)		Save before entering. Pick up the mud balls on the ground and throw them at them to break their barrier. Once the barrier is broken, capture it normally.
CRESSELIA	Ladera Corona (Moon Sand)		Save before entering.Be careful with the attack that confuses you, because it will invert your controls.If you still have mud balls, throw them at them to break the barrier.
REGIGIGAS	Dawn Tundra (Snowpoint Temple)		Show the boards on the locked door in the main room to unlock the basement.Try to catch him fast (while he hits lightly, in the first few turns) or he’ll hit like a truck.
GIRATINA	Cobalt Coast (Cave Return)		In order to see him, you must have defeated Volus in the story.Save before entering the cave.
SHAYMIN	Obsidian Fieldland		You will only be able to capture it if you have a save game of Pokémon Sword or Shield on your Switch.
THUNDURUS	Cobalt Coast (in the middle of the sea)		It moves A LOT, so it doesn’t have a fixed location. Don’t stop pressuring him.It will ONLY appear in Cobalt Coast if there is rain with lightning.Rest until you find the necessary weather for it to appear.Break his barrier before engaging him.
TORNADUS	Tundra Alba (roughly in the middle of the map)		It moves A LOT, so it doesn’t have a fixed location. Don’t stop pressuring him.It will ONLY appear in Tundra Alba if there is a blizzard.Rest until you find the necessary weather for it to appear.Break his barrier before engaging him.
LANDORUS	Obsidian Fieldland (Ramana Island)		It moves A LOT, so it doesn’t have a fixed location. Don’t stop pressuring him. It appears in any weather, so don’t worry. Break his barrier before engaging him. BE CAREFUL with the Monferno Alfa, it can mess you up.
ENAMORUS	Crimson Pantanal (Ciénaga Bermeja)		You need to have at level 10 the Pokédex pages of Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus. Once this is done, go talk to Metis, who will tell you about this genie.
MANAPHY AND PHIONE	Cobalt Coast (near the Sand Hand)		You will have to have these 3 creatures in your team: Buizel, Mantyke, and Overqwil. When you have all 3, go between the two stone arches near the Sand Hand.A cinematic will be triggered. Once activated, go to the Coastal Cave. You will find a Manaphy and 3 Phiones, and you will have to fight them all at once. Much encouragement, because the combat brings them.
ARCEUS	Crown Hillside (Sinnoh Temple)		You have to have finished the rest of the endgame missions to be able to find him.You need to have captured ALL the Pokémon in the Pokédex (you don’t need to have pages at 10).Go to the top of the temple and beat the battle to get him.
