Disney Dreamlight Valley: How to Complete Directive Plant Quest

Directive Plant is a Friendship Quest for EVE in Disney Dreamlight Valley that becomes available after completing the Lasers & Crafts quest and reaching Friendship Level 7 with EVE. This guide will walk you through how to complete the Directive Plant quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to Complete the Directive Plant Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Starting the Quest

Speak with EVE upon reaching Friendship Level 7 and completing the prior Friendship Quest called Lasers & Crafts to initiate the quest. Upon speaking with EVE, follow her to the house and speak with her again and she will give you a Scanner.

Gather the Materials

After speaking to EVE at her house, you will get the objective to gather the following materials.

• 3x Ancient Gears: Use the Royal Hourglass tool to open the rifts to find the Ancient Gears.
• 3x Mechanical Parts: Craft them at the Crafting Station.
• 10x Copper: Break the Copper Rocks to collect copper.

Upon gathering all the materials, go to the Crafting Station to craft the Scanner Accessory. You can find its recipe in the Functional Items tab.

Inspect the Dreamlight Cobra Lily

Once you have crafted the Scanner Accessory, go to EVE’s house and hand over the Scanner Accessory to her. After that, inspect the weird plant on the table inside her house, and then speak to EVE.

Gather the Ingredients to Cook Gourmet Grubs

After speaking to EVE, gather the following ingredients.

• 1x Sea Snail: Caught by fishing in the Blue Ripples in The Docks and The Overlook areas of Ancient’s Landing.
• 1x Sand Worm: Caught by fishing in the Gold Ripples in The Plains, Wastes, and Borderlands areas of Glittering Dunes.
• 1x Scorpion: Caught by fishing in the Blue Ripples in The Plains, Wastes, and Borderlands areas of Glittering Dunes.

Once you have gathered the ingredients, go to any Cooking Station and cook the Gourmet Grubs. After cooking a plate of Gourmet Grubs, bring it to EVE to conclude the quest.

Rewards

Completing the Directive Plant quest will give the following rewards.

• 2,200 Friendship Points
• Dreamlight Cobra Lily
