This new DLC takes place in the new town of Bubbly Basin, which is underneath the water. Players can access this new town and help restore it by building various new habitats and decorations. However, owning the expansion pass is not enough; you must learn how to reach the new town to uncover exclusive content. How to Reach the Bubbly Basin in Pokémon Pokopia

To reach the Bubbly Basin in Pokémon Pokopia, you need to fulfill the following requirements.

• Own the Bubbly Basin DLC
• Reach Environment Level 5 on Bleak Beach
• Unlock the Dive move

Owning the DLC is the primary requirement to reach the new location. Once you have that, you just need to gain access to Bleak Beach through the base game’s story and unlock the new Dive move. Most players would already have the Bleak Beach environment level 5 by now. For the Dive move, you have to visit a mysterious island north of Bleak Beach and complete a request for Manarphy. After completing the requirements, you can reach the Bubbly Basin by speaking and following a new Pokémon, Popplio,outside the Pokémon Center in Bleak Beach.

Find the Entrance to Bubbly Basin

Speak with Popplio outside the Pokémon Center in Bleak Beach. Go through the dialogue to befriend Popplio, and they will mention the entrance to Bubbly Basin somewhere underwater. A brief cutscene will show you the entrance location, west of Bleak Beach.

After speaking with Popplio, head west of Bleak Beach and make use of the Dive move to find the entrance to Bubbly Basin. The entrance looks like a biome gate, so it is easy to recognize.

Upon finding the gate, interact with the scanner to unlock it. Now, continue ahead, and you will arrive at the Bubbly Basin.
