The Summer Sizzle Event in Disney Dreamlight Valley is a limited-time annual event. It is a returning event from last year and brings new daily quests, offering new rewards. The Summer Sizzle event is now Live until August 18, 2026. Like last year, players will find two unique sweets, Pink and Blue Marshmallows, in the Valley. Players can use the Marshmallows to cook two new tasty treats and craft various items. Moreover, there are three exclusive duties that players can complete to earn exclusive rewards. Complete Guide to Summer Sizzle Event (2026) – Walkthrough

The whole Summer Sizzle event is mainly focused on getting the new Pink and Blue Marshmallows. Because both of them are essential for the meal recipes, crafting recipes, and completing the duties. We will start with where you can find both Marshmallows in The Valley.

Where to Find the Pink Marshmallows in Disney Dreamlight Valley

The Pink Marshmallows are obtained by harvesting the Pink Marshmallow bush. It is a special bush, and there are three of them in total that will appear only in the Plaza biome. Harvesting each Pink Marshmallow bush will give you 4x Pink Marshmallow. The Pink Marshmallows grow back on the bushes after 30 minutes.

Where to Find the Blue Marshmallows in Disney Dreamlight Valley

The Blue Marshmallow spawn has been changed in this year’s event. Unlike last year’s event, the Blue Marshmallow will not spawn on the ground. Instead, they will spawn on the Blue Marshmallow Bushes, like the pink ones. Similar to the Pink Marshmallow Bushes, there are three Blue Marshmallow Bushes, and they spawn in the Plaza, Peaceful Meadow, and Dazzle Beach. Harvesting each Blue Marshmallow Bush grants 4x Blue Marshmallow, and they regrow in 30 minutes.

All Meal Recipes in the Summer Sizzle Event

There are two cooking recipes at the Summer Sizzle event in Disney Dreamlight Valley. These recipes are S’mores and Roasted Marshmallows. Both of these meals are four-star desserts, and you can make them as follows.

S’mores Cooking Recipe

All Summer Sizzle Event Quests

This year’s Summer Sizzle event includes three daily quests that are randomly active. These quests are for Remy, Goofy, and Ursula. Only one of the daily quests will be active for you to pursue. It is essential to log in daily and complete these quests to progress the event and unlock new rewards. Here are the names and contents of the Summer Sizzle event quests.

Summer Sizzle: Go Fish!

The Summer Sizzle: Go Fish! is the daily event quest for Goofy. He will ask you to catch fish from the Peaceful Meadow and Dazzle Beach. Throughout the event, Goofy’s daily quest objectives will change up to three times, but they will remain about fish. You have to gather fish and bring them to Goofy.

Upon completing the daily event quest for Goofy, he will reward you with a Summer Picnic Basket.

Summer Sizzle: Recipe Relay

The Summer Sizzle: Recipe Relay is the daily event quest for Remy. He will ask you to cook Marshmallow-based meals and Boba Tea for his quests. The objectives of his quest will change up to three times, but remain about cooking.

Upon completing the daily event quest for Remy, you will get a Summer Picnic Basket.

Summer Sizzle: Potions

The Summer Sizzle: Potions is the daily event quest for Ursula. She will ask you to bring her some Hydrangeas and Marshmallows for her quests. Again, the objectives of her quest will change up to three times, but remain about gathering Hydrangeas and Marshmallows.

Upon completing the daily event quest for Ursula, you will get a Summer Picnic Basket.

What is the Summer Picnic Basket in Disney Dreamlight Valley

The Summer Picnic Basket is one of the new rewards in this year’s Summer Sizzle Event in Disney Dreamlight Valley. It is a gift item that you can give to villagers for Friendship Points. Alternatively, you can sell the Summer Picnic Basket for 2,500 Star Coins. For every Summer Sizzle Daily Event Quest you complete, you will get 1 Summer Picnic Basket.

All Crafting Furniture Items in the Summer Sizzle Event

There are eight crafting furniture items in the Summer Sizzle event. Five of them are returning, and three are new. Bonfire Pit, Outdoor Lounge Chair, Vintage Cooler, Sizzling BBQ Cooking Station, and Summer Crafting Station are old items; the Lake Dock, Lake Dock Corner, and Lake Dock Boat Part are new. Players can craft these furniture items at the Crafting Station. However, players must first unlock the recipes for the furniture items by cooking the meals.

Upon making the S’mores meal, you will unlock the crafting recipe for Vintage Cooler.Making the Roasted Marshmallows will unlock the Outdoor Lounge Chair and Bonfire Pit recipes. For the Sizzling BBQ Cooking Station and Summer Crafting Station, check your mail for the recipes. Use the recipes from the inventory to learn them. For the new Dock recipes, you must complete all parts of the “Deliver Some Sweetness” event duty.

Bonfire Pit

The following materials are required to craft a Bonfire Pit.

The Bonfire Pit is an interactable item that allows you to take a picture with 4 random villagers.

Outdoor Lounge Chair

The following materials are required to craft the Outdoor Lounge Chair.

• 5x Roasted Marshmallows
• 25x Fabric
• 5x Iron Ingot
• 5x S’mores

The Outdoor Lounge Chair is like any other basic chair, allowing you to sit on it.

Vintage Cooler

The following materials are required to craft the Vintage Cooler.

• 15x S’mores
• 5x Iron Ingot
• 100x Snowball
• 1000x Dreamlight

Vintage Cooler works as a storage chest, offering 48 storage slots.

Sizzling BBQ Cooking Station

• 20x S’mores
• 10x Coal Ore

Summer Crafting Station

All Village Duties in the Summer Sizzle Event

There are three village duties exclusive to the Summer Sizzle event in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Two of these duties are old, and one is new. The old duties require players to consume and share the two new Marshmallow-based meals and offer an exclusive reward in return. For the new duty, you must complete the new Daily Event Quests. This new duty has four parts, and completing each part grants a new reward.

Share Some Sweetness

This village duty requires players to gift 25 Roasted Marshmallows to villagers. You can give the Roasted Marshmallows to either a single villager or different villagers to complete this duty.

Upon completing Share Some Sweetness, you will be rewarded with a Birding Top (clothing item).

Savor Some Sweetness

This village duty requires players to consume 25 S’mores. Upon completing Savor Some Sweetness, you will be rewarded with a Hiking Backpack (clothing item).

Deliver Some Sweetness

This village duty requires players to complete a number of Daily Event Quests. There are four parts for this duty, and each part requires the completion of daily event quests. The first part requires 1 event quest, the second requires 2, the third requires 4, and the last one requires ~8. Completing this duty rewards the following.

• Part 1: Decorative Picnic Basket (furniture item)
• Part 2: Lake Dock Recipe
• Part 3: Lake Dock Corner Recipe
• Part 4: Lake Dock Boat Part Recipe
