Mafia: The Old Country Man of Honor – Chapter 2: Fratellanza Walkthrough

After helping Salieri deal with Dante, Dante has a plan to take down another disloyal partner. During Chapter 2 of Mafia: The Old Country – Man of Honor DLC, you have to go to a mine to find Alfio. Chapter 2: Fratellanza Walkthrough – Mafia: The Old Country Man of Honor DLC

Head outside your apartment and speak with Flavio to get a letter from Isabella. Read the letter and meet Cesare outside. Get a car from the garage and pick up Salieri at the Lodging Camp. After picking up Salieri, drive to Alfio’s Sulfur Mine to let Salieri confront him. Once you are at the mine, follow Alfio’s guard to the meeting area. After reaching the blue gate, interact with Salieri to initiate the cutscene.

Chase and get to Alfio

As the cutscene ends, eliminate the enemies in the area and chase after Alfio. Alfio will make his run into the mining area. Take out the enemies around the mine and go into the mining area after Alfio. There will be a lot of enemies in the mine, so make use of the cover to move up while taking them out. Keep on eliminating the enemies and progressing through the mine until Salieri calls for help to push the cart. Go to Salieri and push the cart ahead.

Follow Salieri ahead and squeeze through the gap to initiate a cutscene. After the cutscene, you have to protect the truck full of dynamite. Throw the dynamite at the enemies until you are out of the mine.

Deliver the truck to Pasquale

Once you are at the Lodging Camp, speak with Salieri and then get into the truck. Drive the truck to Pasquale carefully, as it can explode if the truck’s health reaches zero. After reaching Pasquale, speak with him.

Meet with Isabella (Optional)

After delivering the truck, you can either go to Cesare at the bar or first meet with Isabella. Go to the white marker on the map to meet with Isabella. Once you are at the location, head inside the ruin structure to find Isabella. Speak with Isabella and go through the conversation. After a few moments, Isabella will ask you to take a picture of her. Adjust the focus and exposure, and take the picture. Once done, speak with Isabella, and then you can go to Cesare.

Meet Cesare at Bar Caffè Ginevra

Now, drive to Bar Caffè Ginevra to meet with Cesare. A cutscene will begin in which Salieri will discuss the heist plan with Cesare and Enzo.

Sneak into the Lodge Grounds and Find Salieri

After getting out of the car outside the lodge, make your way to the path beside the main entrance. Follow the forest path until you come across a structure with enemies. From here, you have to be stealthy. Do not use any firearms; otherwise, the mission will fail. Perform takedowns or throw the knife at the enemies to eliminate them quietly. Head straight through the archway and go up the stairs.

Pick up the bottle and throw it to the right side to distract the guards. Now, vault over and make your way to the garden. Crouch behind the garden walls and wait for the guard to move away. Alternatively, you can throw the bottle to distract the guards in the garden and cross the garden.

Find the cellar

Go over to Cesare and get a boost to reach the window. Head inside the room and take out the enemy. Exit the room and go to the other side of the balcony. Go down the stairs and wait for the guard to go left towards the cellar. Follow the guard and take him out. Now, continue along the cellar until you reach the staircase leading outside. Now, open the cellar door for Cesare.

Find Salieri

Head back down and follow the waiter in the cellar. Keep following the waiter until he takes a right and goes into the game room. Take out the guard outside the game room and interact with the door to initiate the cutscene.

Get to the Safe Room

After the cutscene, threaten the players by aiming the gun at them. Wait for a bit until you hear some shooting. Leave the room and make your way to the hallway. Take out all the enemies in the area and make your way to the safe room.

After the cutscene in the safe room, you have to find a way out. The only way out is through the front door. Eliminate the enemies and make your way to the front door.

Get a car

Once you are outside, deal with the rest of the enemies. Shoot your way to the car and get inside it. Now, drive out of the lodge and make the escape. After escaping the enemies, the final cutscene will begin, concluding the chapter and the DLC story.
