Open for Trade is a new quest for Ashura in Palia that introduces the new Civic Project feature to players. How to Complete the Open for Trade Quest in Palia

The Open for Trade quest begins by speaking with Ashura. He will tell you about the procedure to open a new pathway to the Royal Highlands from Kilima Docks. Moreover, he will grant you all the recipes for the supply kits that are essential to the cause. As the conversation ends, the Open for Trade quest begins, requiring you to craft and donate a supply box at the docks.

Craft a supply box at a dockside worktable

Although you can craft supply boxes at the worktable in the housing plot, you must use the dockside worktable for the quest. Follow the quest marker to reach the Kilima Docks. Once there, interact with any worktable to see all the supply boxes you can craft. Every supply box requires different materials. Some require a number of specific-rarity fish or bugs, while others require certain materials. A few of the easiest ones to craft are Basic Supply Kit and Standard Supply Kit. Both of these require easy materials to craft.

Donate a supply box using the sign near the docks

After crafting any supply box at a dockside worktable, you need to donate it. Head over to the sign at the docks and interact with it. The window will list all the supply boxes along with the quantity you have. Use the sliders to set the number of supplies you want to donate, and then the respective key button to confirm the donate.

Return to Ashura

After completing your initial donation, you can return to Ashura to let him know. Although the quest ends after speaking with Ashura, you can craft and donate supply boxes to earn Dock XP and claim numerous rewards from the Civic Project: Docks (Lunar Path).
