Disney Dreamlight Valley’s new free update is just around the corner, and it is going to be a fun one. As Halloween month approaches, the Devs have revealed the best character to bring into the Valley: none other than Oogie Boogie. Oogie Boogie from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas will arrive in Disney Dreamlight Valley in late September.

What to Expect from the Upcoming Update

The upcoming free update will only have Oogie Boogie as the free character joining the Valley. As players pursue his unlock quest, they will welcome him to the Valley. For now, there is no information regarding his quest, but it will be revealed by the Devs later this month. Moreover, Oogie Boogie will surely offer some spooky friendship rewards. Players will be able to pursue his friendship quests to earn the exclusive friendship rewards.

As the new update is set to run through the Halloween Event, the new Star Path might have a Halloween theme to make things more spooky. The Halloween Event, Trick-or-Treat, will return to Disney Dreamlight Valley, allowing players to pursue event quests, share treats, and unlock exclusive event rewards. Moreover, there might be a new floating festival event for Halloween. Lastly, we do hope to see some more QOL changes and improvements.

Release Date Speculation for the Update

As the Pop City Star Path runs until September 22, the next free update will drop after the current Star Path. It is safe to say that the Oogie Boogie update will arrive on September 23-24. Moreover, as the release date gets closer, the Devs will reveal the official release date for the update alongside the update contents.

Playing Video Games is the very first hobby that I partake in and it became my favorite hobby. Played Unreal Tournament 2004 as my first game which made me a fan of FPS Games. Story and Adventure Games are still my Cup of Tea to go with as they give more detailing to the described worlds and characters. I love to help out my fellow gamers across all over the world by making my publications.
