Animal Crossing: New Horizons Outsells Smash Bros. Ultimate In Japan

Animal Crossing: New Horizons player was able to earn 1 million bells (bells – in-game currency) on the black market.

According to Twinfinite, there is a darker side to Animal Crossing: New Horizons’ Black Market, and it made one player a millionaire. By selling a villager named Ozzie on Noozakon – a website that functions like Amazon, but for Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and users spend Bells instead of real money for their items – this player was able to acquire one million bells in exchange for Ozzie’s adoption by another player.

The publication notes that this is not the highest price offered for the character in the “black market for human trafficking” in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Previously, other gamers managed to sell their heroes for 10 million bells and even for large sums.

As we have reported Animal Crossing: New Horizons has broken sales records in many countries. Ass reported by Nintendosmash, the game has sold around 3.6 million physical copies in Japan. Furthermore, the game has outsold Pokemon Sword and Shield and it is being expected that it will be able to outsell Super Smash Bros. Ultimate next week.

I enjoy playing games, and gaming is a passion of mine. Among my favorite games are Tears of the Kingdom, GTA, and Cyberpunk.
