An employee at Nintendo of America has tested positive for Coronavirus

There were many game events that were canceled due to COVID-19. E3 is one of them which was canceled yesterday. According to Worldometers, There are around 134,930 COVID-19 cases and 4,990 people have died due to COVID-19 around the world.

WHO has declared Coronavirus a ‘pandemic’. There are now over 1,000 COVID-19 cases and 37 deaths reported in the U.S.

In light of the above statement, Nintendo conducted a test in which An employee at Nintendo of America in Redmond has tested positive for Coronavirus. Furthermore, The employees who were in touch with the affected person had tested Positive too.

In order to prevent others, Nintendo advised all members to work from Home. The company made a statement ” Nintendo of America is supporting this individual as they recover and will continue to take precautions to safeguard the health and well-being of all our employees and the broader community “

After the statement, Nintendo is allowing all employees in Washington state and California to work from home.
