ANIMAL CROSSING NEW HORIZONS BECOMES A LEGO DIORAMA
After conquering gamers and becoming a worldwide pop phenomenon, Animal Crossing New Horizons has now also conquered fans of the famous Danish bricks thanks to the work of OrangeTeam, one of the most active LEGO User Groups (LUG) and officially recognized by LEGO.
More than 6,000 bricks and three months of construction in full lockdown, which saw the birth of a diorama of an Animal Crossing New Horizons island with the most iconic characters of the video game, from the musician dog K.K. Slider to the seagull sailor Gulliver.
A real island with all the elements that fans of the series have come to know: from the workbench to the trees, up to an inevitable bonfire with benches ready to welcome the Islanders. Despite the complications of the lockdown, after three months of work Animal Crossing New Horizons has finally arrived in the real world, and in addition to the characters already created other characters such as Tom Nook will soon be arriving on LEGO Island.
Practical construction guides will soon be arriving on the official OrangeTeamLug channels, allowing you to faithfully reproduce the characters that have entered the collective imagination in the year since the game’s release. Animal Crossing New Horizons has sold over 35 million copies since March 2020.
