Nintendo Introduces First DLC for Hyrule Warriors Age of Cataclysm, Releasing This Week Featuring the Guardian as a Character and New Weapons; part 2 in November.
Nintendo showed a new trailer for The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild 2 today, and naturally, all eyes fell on it. The most anticipated sequel points to a release in 2022, although it is not yet titled. However, much earlier we will play the Hyrule Warriors Age of Cataclysm DLC. Specifically, this week.
Nintendo has shown a trailer with the content that will be in the first part of the DLC, The Ancient Heartbeat, which comes out on June 18. This expansion includes new types of weapons, challenging enemies, and a new character, the Battle Guardian
In the trailer, Nintendo has listed all the content of the DLC, which will have a second part in November 2021, more extensive, called The Guardian of Memories.
Part 1 – The Ancient Heartbeat
- New Character (Battle Guardian)
- New Weapons (Link’s Intertwined Claws and Zelda’s Hylian Moto)
- New challenges of the Royal Laboratory of Ancestral Technology
- New Enemies: High-Rank Summoners, Giant Chuchu, and more
- New difficulty level: Apocalypse
Part 2 – The Keeper of Memories
- New character vignettes
- New scenarios
- New characters
- New combat skills for existing characters
The two Hyrule Warriors DLCs will be sold as part of a season pass at a price of 19.99 euros, which includes a gift for Link’s Outfit (ancient clothing) and a weapon (ancient sword).
By the way, if you used an exploit from a few weeks ago that looked like you could get the DLC for free … Nintendo has already confirmed that when the expansion comes out on June 18, they will fix the bug and the pass bonuses will no longer be available ( you will have to buy it, come on).
