Progressing through the Library in Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse will let you jump on the bouncing points. However, at certain points in the library, you will find these points around the globes. Bouncing on certain points around the globe will activate a new point that will help you reach other platforms that normally are not accessible. One such crucial globe is in the Planetarium Library. Solving the jumping puzzle lets you climb up to the top of the Observation Tower, where you encounter Occultist (Carmilla). In this guide, we will explain how to solve the Library jump puzzle in Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse.

How to Solve the Library Jump Puzzle in Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse

For every globe around the Library, there is a specific four-point combination that you need to trigger to reveal a new bouncy point. If you are hunting Occultist, you will come across various clues for the boss. The clues will show you the pattern of the bouncy points.

First Globe

Upon arriving at the Planetarium room in the Library, you will see a globe in the middle with points around it. For this first globe, jump on the points in the shape of a trapezoid. You can do it either from right to left or left to right.

Second Globe

Once done, a new point will be revealed that you can bounce on to move up in the room. Continue climbing up the room to reach a new globe. For the second globe, jump on the points in the shape of a rhombus. You need to do it as: Left > Down Right > Right > Top Right.

Third Globe

As you reach the platform above, you will encounter the third globe. For the third globe, jump on the points in a Z-shape. To do so, jump as follows: Right > Down Right > Left > Top Left.

Once done, you can climb up via the bouncy points above to enter the room on the right. As you enter the room, this triggers the encounter with the Occultist.

Playing Video Games is the very first hobby that I partake in and it became my favorite hobby. Played Unreal Tournament 2004 as my first game which made me a fan of FPS Games. Story and Adventure Games are still my Cup of Tea to go with as they give more detailing to the described worlds and characters. I love to help out my fellow gamers across all over the world by making my publications.
