Castlevania Belmont’s Curse: How to Solve the Main Giant Organ Puzzle

While exploring Notre-Dame in Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse, you will arrive at the three-laser barriers in the Transept room. The laser barrier is tied to the main story puzzle that you have to solve to get across. Behind the laser barrier lies the Death, one of the main bosses in the game. Removing the laser barriers requires you to play certain melodies on the Giant Organ. As there are three lasers, there are three melodies to be played. How to Solve the Main Giant Organ Puzzle in Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse

The Giant Organ puzzle requires you to play three distinct melodies, one for each laser in the Transept room above. To get the melodies, you must speak with certain spirits. Here is where to find all the spirits.

• Under the Giant Organ room’s stairs
• In the Sealed Scriptorium
• At the top of La Fleche

Once you have all the music sheets for the melodies, head to the Giant Organ to play the melodies correctly to remove the lasers.

First Laser Key Sequence

For the first laser, you need to press the organ keys in the following order.

• Moon > Sun > Moon > Virgo > Leo

If done correctly, a bright green flash will appear alongside the symbol on the organ. This removes the first laser outside the door in the Transept room.

Second Laser Key Sequence

For the second laser, you need to press the keys on the right side of the organ in the following order.

• Sagittarius > Capricorn > Pisces > Aquarius > Capricorn > Sagittarius > Capricorn

If done correctly, you will see the bright green flash with the symbol on the organ in the back.

Third Laser Key Sequence

For the third and final laser, press the keys in the following order.

• Gemini > Cancer > Virgo > Leo > Virgo > Leo > Gemini

Upon doing it correctly, the third laser will be deactivated. This means you can now head up to the Transept room and access the door on the right.

Moreover, do not forget that there is a fourth secret melody that you can play on the organ for a legendary weapon.
