Diablo IV: Ruins of the Faith – Quest Walkthrough

Ruins of the Faith is the seventh Seasonal Quest of Season of Malignant. Once players have completed the Hope’s Guardian quest, they will unlock this quest. Cormond is committed to curing Varshan, and in search of the correct ritual, Cormond, and the players will have to go to the Zakarum Ruins. This guide will cover all of the objectives of the Ruins of the Faith Seasonal Quest of Season of Malignant in Diablo IV.

Ruins of the Faith – Walkthrough

To start the quest, players need to go to the Zakarum Ruins to find and speak with Cormond. There is a hidden entrance in the ruins that players will have to help find and open.

Follow Cormond and Defeat Malignant

After speaking with Cormond, follow him deep into the ruins and take out the Malignant Monsters along the way. Speak with Cormond near the Statue and then perform the Sign of Light near the statue. There will be two statues needed to light up to open the secret entrance.

Find the Second Statue

A small exploration area will be marked on the mini-map, and the second statue will be at the back of the small ruin structure in the middle of the exploration area. Go and find the statue, then interact with it to perform the Sign of Light. Go back to Cormond and then enter Karamat’s Reach.

Regroup with Cormond and Defeat Vengeful Spirits

After entering Karamat’s Reach, find Cormond and take out the Vengeful Spirits in the area. Speak with Cormond and then open the door to the chamber by interacting with the Gate Winch at 2 different locations marked on the mini-map.

Search the Chamber and Defeat the Angry Spirit

Go to the Chamber to find a Superior Cage in the middle of the chamber. Interact with the Superior Cage, and an Elite enemy, the Angry Spirit, will spawn. Defeat the Angry Spirit and speak with Cormond.

Go through the dialogues, and the quest will be concluded.
