There are many items in Disney Dreamlight Valley and one of the rarest items in the game is Dream Shard. Dream Shard is hard to come by and the usage of the Dream Shard probably be unknown to the new players in the game.

Dream Shards

Dream Shard is one of the rarest items in the game and you can only get it by clearing out the Night Thorns in the area. Night Thorns are often respawned back in the area so; you don’t worry about the Night Thorns. After hours of clearing, you might get your hands on a couple of Dream Shards. You can also get a Dream Shard by feeding the Critters but it is also very rare for them to give you a Dream Shard. You can start with 40 Dream Shards if you have bought the Founder’s Pack of this game.

The use of Dream Shard is very beneficial because it can be crafted into Dreamlight. If you have a Dream Shard, go to Scrooge’s Store in the Plaza and use the Crafting Station. Go in the Potion & Enchantment category and you’ll see the recipe of Dreamlight. 10 Dream Shards can be used to craft 250 Dreamlight.

Dreamlight is a currency in the game which is used to unlock new locations on the map and in the castle. Dreamlight will get you to new places and meet new characters of Disney and Pixar. You can get Dreamlight by completing the quests in the Dreamlight Menu or you can craft it with the Dream Shards.
