Elden Ring: Iron Fist Alexander, complete Side Quest

Iron Fist Alexander is the big pot-shaped NPC that you will meet in different parts while you’re exploring or progressing through the world of Elden Ring. Alexander has a jolly personality and he’s used to getting stuck in the ground which is how you will meet him the first time while he’s stuck in the ground. Alexander doesn’t have a single quest but will give you a quick quest whenever you meet him while progressing through the game.

Stormhill

The first time you will meet Iron Fist Alexander in Stormhill near the stormhill shack up northeast at the given location on the map.

He will be calling for help when you’re passing near him. You need to talk to him and he’ll tell you to help him get out of the pit that he’s stuck in and he’ll tell you to hit him from the rear that way he will get out easily. It’s not the first time that he has gotten stuck in a pit.

Once, you help him by hitting him with your sword or weapon to get out of the pit. You will receive the Triumphant Delight. Now, you can talk to Iron fist Alexander, he will thank you for your help and give you the Exalted Flesh as a token of appreciation.

Gael Tunnel

Next, you need to go to the Gael Tunnel which is in the Caelid region. Gael Tunnel also has a way in the Limgrave region but for the complete interaction with Iron Fist Alexander. You need to get in the Gael Tunnel from the main entrance which is in the Caeild region.

You need to get into the tunnel there is a site of Grace that you can use for fast travel later. You need to make your way into the dungeon and clear the dungeon until you reach a wooden door. You need to open the wooden door and you’ll find the Iron Fist Alexander behind the door. You need to talk to him at first, he will be surprised to see you. You need to complete your dialogue with Alexander. At last, he will tell you that it’s time that he’s leaving for the Radhan festival which is at the Redmane Castle which means you’ll again meet Alexander next time at the Redmane Castle.

Starscourge Radhan

You have to get to the Redmane castle and complete Ranni’s quest. Radhan is part of Ranni’s quest so, you will have to talk to her first in order to get to the Radhan festival. You will get to Redmane castle and from there you will get to the battlefield where you’ll fight Radhan. Radhan is the main boss of the storyline.

After you’ve defeated Radhan, you will meet the Iron Fist Alexander on the battlefield. He will tell you how marvelous the battle against Radhan was and he will admire your strength. He will tell you that he will get stronger next time when you’ll meet him.

Alexander in Liurnia

You will find Alexander next in the Liurnia region. You need to go to the given location on the map.

He will once again be stuck in the pit in the ground. You have to talk to him and he will greet you and once again ask you to help him get out of the pit. You have to get to the rear of Alexander and do heavy attacks, You will have to attack again and again as he will tell you that his lower half is somewhere stuck down in the pit. You would have to do heavy attacks that will finally push him out of the pit. You need to talk to him and he will be thankful again and he will tell you that he had a home once, and he would go back to his home.

Mt. Gelmir

Next time as Alexander was searching for his home and to strengthen himself in flames. You will find him in the Mt. Gelmir Southwest from the Volcanic Manor at the given location on the map.

You will find him in the magma at the given location you can get on the top of the big rock and Alexander will see you and talk to you that he’s not able to make himself harder that he’ll never crack. So, that he will head up east. He will give you an item called Jar.

Summon Alexander in Fire Giant Boss Fight

This next Alexander interaction is you can summon him in your fight against the Fire Giant. Fire Giant is in the Mountaintop of the Giants region. You need to get to the Church of Repose from there you need to go east to the ice bridge that has a teleport. You need to take this teleport and it will take you to the Fire Giant Boss fight in your Fight against Fire Giant you can Summon Alexander as a cooperative.

Crumbling Farum Azula

You need to go to the Dragon temple Altar in the Crumbling Farum Azula from there you need to head out of the temple and make your way outside. You will go through a tunnel and from there take a right up the stairs and you will reach a locked elevator you need to use the stoneswrod key and it will unlock the elevator and take the elevator up. You need to head out and in the Main Farum Azula, you need to go the platform to your right where you will meet the Iron Fist Alexander.

You need to talk to him and he will tell you that he has not seen a great warrior like you and he will ask you for a duel when you’re ready. So, you need to talk to him again and he will confirm that you’re ready and the duel will start.

You can easily defeat him by doing a couple of heavy attacks. Once, you’ve defeated him you’ve to talk to him one last time. He will tell you that he knew victory was impossible for him but he thinks that he’s the great Iron Fist Alexander till now. At last, the Vessel of Alexander will break.

You will get the Shard of Alexander and Alexander’s Innards. Shard of Alexander is a great Talisman that will strengthen your Ashes of War.
