Hogwarts Legacy: How to Decorate the Room of Requirement

As you would have known that every house has its own common room and your character will get one as well but you will be spending more time in the Room of Requirement than going in your common room. The Room of Requirement can have everything you want in a room and you can decorate it as well according to your liking.

Decorating the Room of Requirement

If you haven’t unlocked the Room of Requirement yet then you can unlock it by completing a main quest named “The Room of Requirement”. This quest is very important because it will give you access to the Room of Requirement as well as the spell which is used to decorate the Room of Requirement. Professor Weasley will teach you a spell named “Conjuration”.

The spell is used to conjure different decoration items as well as utilities and stations for your gear items and consumables. To use the Conjuration spell, you will have to set in a slot of the Spell Diamond from the spell menu. After that, you just need to cast it by pressing the respective button and you will see a small menu on the top right of your screen. From here you can select between 12 different types of item categories.

You can add carpets, wall mounts, chairs, tables, and all the stations for your items. However, all of the things that you can add will cost a certain amount of “Moonstones” which is a resource that can be found around the world. By adding the stations, you will be able to brew potions, grow plants, and upgrade your gear items in the Room of Requirement. You will not have to go outside to do that stuff.

After unlocking the room of requirement, you will get a side quest from Professor Weasley which can earn you another great spell for decorating the interior of the Room of Requirement. The Spell is “Altering” and it will let you change the Color, Size, and Position of all the things you have placed in the Room of Requirement as well as change the ceiling, walls, and balcony of the Room of the Requirement.

With all this, you can decorate the Room of Requirement to your liking. Change the interior and add the things you like. As you make progress and complete the side quests of the game, you will unlock more items that you will be able to conjure in the Room of Requirement.
