Hogwarts Legacy – How to Get Spider Fang

Spider Fang

Hogwarts Legacy has various foes who will test the spell abilities of players throughout the gameplay. All foes have different difficulty. Some are tough and some are easy to deal with but players can also deal with the toughest foes easily by consuming a Maxima Potion. The potion will increase the spells damage and will allow you to take down tough enemies in a few spells. However, in order to brew the Maxima Spell, you will be required to gather an ingredient named “Spider Fang”.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to get Spider Fang in Hogwarts Legacy.

Getting Spider Fang

Players can get Spider Fang by killing the Spiders in the Wizarding World of Hogwarts Legacy. Spiders can be found in Spider Lairs as well as inside the caves. You can find these locations on the World Map easily. By clearing the Spider Lairs, you can easily stack 3 – 5 Spider Fangs at once and some times you even get more depending on how many spiders you face.

It is an easy resource to get and another way to get this resource is to buy it from J. Pippins Potions Store in Hogsmeade. You can unlock this store in the first couple of hours in the game. After that, you will be able to go anytime there to browse and buy the items you need. Buying Spider Fang from Pippins Potions Store will cost you 50 Gold Galleon.

Since there are only limited number of Spider Fangs that you can buy from the store, it is best that you farm the Spider Fangs by going into the caves and Spider Lairs. The more Spider Fangs you farm, the more potions you will be able to brew and use in the combat. This potion will help you a lot, specifically in the late-game foes and bosses.
