Solving Butterfly Gate Puzzles in Collector’s Cave

1st Butterfly Gate Puzzle

As you enter the cave and make your way ahead, you will come up on the first closed door with Two Butterflies on it. Go to the left side of the door and you will see the third butterfly sitting on a structure. You need to place the butterfly on the gate to open it. Now, to make the Butterfly follow you, you need to cast the LUMOS Spell. Butterfly will follow the light of your wand so make your way to the gate and cast the Lumos again to turn off the light.

Now, the gate will open and you will be able to go ahead.

2nd Butterfly Gate Puzzle

As you come down the path from opening the first Butterfly gate, you will reach the second closed gate. All the butterflies will be missing from the gate and you will have to put them on the gate to open it. Now, two of the butterflies will be in the same room, you just have to cast Lumos to get them off the structures and place them on the gate. The third one will be behind another door just to the right side of the Butterfly Gate. You need to open that gate by casting Accio. You will find the third butterfly inside the gate. Place the third butterfly on the butterfly gate to open the gate.

2nd Butterfly Gate Puzzle

3rd Butterfly Gate Puzzle

As you come down the path by opening the 2nd butterfly gate, you will reach the third closed butterfly gate. You need to place all three butterflies on the gate and you will see a butterfly structure in the middle of the room as well. Two of the butterflies will be on the same level of the room but one will be on a higher surface on the right side of the room. You need to place one of the Butterflies on a structure in the middle and it will be powered up. Place the other butterfly on the gate and now, use Depulso Spell to rotate the structure in the middle. It will raise the platform ahead on which you can jump to reach the higher surface.

3rd Butterfly Gate Puzzle

Go up to get the third butterfly and then place the butterflies on the gate to open it.

4th Butterfly Gate Puzzle

Now, go ahead and break the lodge to jump in the water below and go ahead to reach the last butterfly gate puzzle. The gate will be up on the balcony and the only way to go up is by powering up the butterfly structure in the room. There will be two butterflies on the lower level and two butterflies on the balcony. You need to place one butterfly on the structure to power it and then place the second butterfly on the butterfly stand on the left side of the structure.

As you rotate the structure, it will raise the platform as well as the butterfly stand on the left side. Now, before you get to rotate it, stand on the platform in the middle of the balcony and rotate the structure to go up. Once you are up, go to the right side and cast Lumos to attract the butterfly that has been raised on the platform. Now, place it on the gate and there will be another butterfly on the side of the gate. Place it as well and the next butterfly is on the other side of the balcony.

4th Butterfly Gate Puzzle

Rotate the structure again to go to the other side and get the butterfly to place it on the gate to open it.
