How to get Kleavor in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
In this guide, we explain how to get Kleavor, the new evolution of Scyther in Pokémon Legends: Arceus for Nintendo Switch.
Pokémon Legends: Arceus is out now for Nintendo Switch, which means many of you are already catching Pokémon non-stop to complete Hisui’s Pokédex.
As is customary in the series, many Pokémon evolve as they level up, but others require special methods to change their appearance.
One of them is Kleavor, a new evolution of Scyther that appears in Hisui and that has become known for being one of the stately Pokémon that we have to face throughout the adventure.
Although it is not possible to capture him during the said confrontation, it is possible to get a Kleavor to have his help in our team. Do you want to know how? Well, you have come to the right place.
The first thing, as you may have already imagined, is to get hold of a Scyther. In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, this bug/flying-type Pokémon can be found in two locations: the Great Tree Arena (Obsidian Meadow) and the Ancient Cavern (Crown Hill). The one you will find in the Great Tree Arena is an Alpha, in case you prefer it large.
Once caught, you must get the Black Ore item. This material can be obtained in two ways: it can be dropped by Wild Gravelers when defeated. Graveler appears in all areas of Hisui, but especially in the Crown Hill and Cobalt Coast.
The second way to get Black Ore in Pokémon Legends: Arceus is by using the Ursaluna mount in the Crimson Swamp. Sometimes, by following the Pokémon’s nose, you will be able to unearth the precious item.
Once you have achieved it, all you have to do is give Black Ore to Scyther so that it evolves into Kleavor.
And that’s it! If you have followed all the steps, you will have Kleavor in your possession. We leave you our analysis of Pokémon Legends: Arceus in case you are interested in knowing what we think about the new Game Freak game for Nintendo Switch.
