Jagged Alliance 3: Where to Find Mr. Ditch

If players have completed the Haunted Mansion Quest in Jagged Alliance 3, they will come to know about a guy named Mr. Ditch. He is the owner of the Abandoned Mansion and a close friend of the Butler/Ghost in Abandoned Mansion. Butler will tell that he has been missing for 10 years and he will not give up the treasure if players don’t find him. Alternatively, players can lie to Butler with the Scoundrel perk to get the treasure but if players really want to find him then this guide will help them.

Where to Find Mr. Ditch in Jagged Alliance 3

There are not many clues that will give the exact location of Mr. Ditch to the players. To find Mr. Ditch, players need to go to the Great Forest which is in Sector L12. As players explore the Great Forest, they will come across a group of Legion Soldiers surrounding an old man named Hermit. Hermit has given Poisonous Mushrooms to the soldiers that are slowly killing them. Wait for the soldiers to die from poison and take out the rest of the soldiers with firepower.

After clearing the area from the Legion soldiers, go and talk to the Hermit to know that he is Mr. Ditch. After finding Mr. Ditch, players need to go back to the Abandoned Mansion and tell Butler that they have found Mr. Ditch in the Great Forest. Butler will go to the Great Forest to meet with Mr. Ditch and if players go to the Great Forest and talk to Butler, he will give up the treasure aka $15,000. Players will get extra experience as well for finding Mr. Ditch.

For the players who have lied about the death of Mr. Ditch to get the treasure, they will not get the EXP but they can still choose to find Mr. Ditch/Hermit at the Great Forest. When they find Mr. Ditch and inform Butler, they will only get the EXP because they have already taken the money.
