New Diablo Patch 1.1.1 Increases Boss Health

Diablo IV’s latest patch has introduced several changes and reverted most of the criticized adjustments from the previous update. In these alterations, Diablo IV has notably intensified the challenge posed by World Bosses and Main Bosses in the game by augmenting their Health levels, which now correlate with the character’s level. This increase certainly adds a new layer of difficulty for players equipped with end-game builds focused on defeating these bosses. Given that World Bosses and Main Bosses are single targets, players utilizing Single Target builds will be able to inflict greater damage, whereas classes specialized in Crowd Control and AOE Damage may experience comparatively reduced efficacy.

All bosses above Level 60 will experience heightened Health in the latest Patch 1.1.1, while bosses encountered at levels below the cap of 60 will retain their original Health values.

Notable changes include:

  • Bosses at Level 60 and below remain unaffected.
  • Bosses at Level 80 now possess 50% increased health.
  • Bosses at Level 100 exhibit 100% increased health.
  • Bosses at Level 120 showcase 120% increased health.
  • Bosses at Level 150 and beyond feature 150% increased health.

These adjustments notably impact end-game world boss encounters. Players may find it necessary to transition from crowd control-focused builds to Single-Target builds in order to expedite the defeat of bosses. Currently, the Barbarian and Sorcerer classes exhibit the lowest damage output in Single-Target builds, while other classes offer significantly more effective Single-Target builds that prove more adept at overcoming the world boss with an additional 150% increased health.

However, players must prepare for longer battles, as the increased health of bosses significantly extends the duration of these encounters.

Playing Video Games is the very first hobby that I partake in and it became my favorite hobby. Played Unreal Tournament 2004 as my first game which made me a fan of FPS Games. Story and Adventure Games are still my Cup of Tea to go with as they give more detailing to the described worlds and characters. I love to help out my fellow gamers across all over the world by making my publications.
