No plans for another Direct in the future, Nintendo will make surprise announcements

There was a rumor that shook the Nintendo community that eagerly awaits news about the company, as it was stated that Nintendo had no intention of making a live performance in June this year during the dates that would correspond to E3 2020.

According to VentureBeat, Nintendo isn’t planning a Direct at all for now. It’s telling development partners not to wait for a Direct even if they have a big announcement.

This does not mean that there will be no news. If this information is true, Nintendo plans to follow the strategy of the new Paper Mario: The Origami King, which is to make surprise announcements through its different social networks. The company also doesn’t have to worry about meeting expectations if you don’t know something is coming
