In this guide, we’ll be covering the second chapter of Planet of Lana.

Chapter 2: Alone – Walkthrough

Go to the right side and you will have to jump on the rock to reach the higher ledge on the way. As you go ahead, you will get to encounter your first enemy, a wild animal. This enemy will follow you if it sees you in the direction of where it is looking at. So, what you need to do here is that when it turns to left side, jump in the tall grass and crouch down to hide. Now, let it turn to left side again and when it does, go to the next tall grass in the path and crouch down in it. You will have to repeat the process again to get out of its vision.

As you keep going ahead, you will reach a slope where you will have to jump to the right at the end of the slope. Otherwise, you will fall down and you will have to try it again. After the slope, you will come up on your first puzzle of the game. As you go to the right, you will see a couple of wooden structures and lift mechanisms. You need to move the box on the floor to the middle of the two lift mechanisms. Now, jump on the box, jump on the left elevator. It will lift up the right elevator.

Now, move the box to the left side and you will come up on a ledge. Go up the box and jump towards the ledge to grab it. There will be another box on the tower. You need to throw the box down on the ground and move it to the right side. Now, move the first box back to the middle of lift mechanism and move the second box on top of the left elevator. Jump on the box in the middle and then jump on the elevator platform on the right to go ahead on the path.

Keep going ahead on the path and drop down to the lower ground. You will see the same creature on the ground. This time what you need to do is that you need to bait it. Hang on the ledge and when it sees you, go up the ledge and then jump to the right side. Run and jump to the right side to grab the ledge and the creature will fall down. Now, go ahead and you will get to drop down to the ground again.

At this point, if you go to the left side, you will find a Shrine which is the collectible in Planet of Lana. If you want to get the collectible then you can go to the left side to get the shrine. When you come down to the ground, you will see a black matter on the ground which will activate when you apply pressure on it. You need to drag the creature’s body on top of the black matter and then go to the right side to jump on the ledge to go ahead.

Keep going to the right side and you will see a cutscene of an animal getting trapped in a cage. The switch of the cage will be directly under you. You can drop down and interact with the switch to open the cage which will free the animal. Now, you need to move the cage to the right side and then jump on it to reach the higher ledge. keep going ahead and you will get to jump to cross the gap and then you will reach the rope that you can use to go up.

As you go ahead, you will fall down from a wooden platform. You need to go to the left side and as you go, you will see a weakened wooden barrier on the ground. Jump on a rock on the left side and then jump on the wooden barrier to break it. Now, crouch down and go to the right side. Pull the wooden planks to get out of the cave. As you go ahead, Mui will drop down the rope and you can go up.

While going ahead on the path, you will see Mui getting trapped again in the cage. This time there will be a robot as well near the cage so, you will have to be careful while freeing Mui. You need to follow the same technique of vision. When the robot goes to the right side, you need to drop down into the tall grass and crouch down. Wait for the robot to go to the right side again and when it does, you need to move the cage to the right side and then jump on the ledge by jumping on the cage. Go through the gap and when the robot is not looking towards the cage, press the switch to open the cage and Mui will be freed.

The robot will get alerted but it will not be able to follow you. Go up the rope and go ahead on the path. As you reach the end of the path, a cutscene will start which will take you to a little flashback. You need to go to the left side when you are in the flashback and you will have to do similar things like in the first chapter of the game. When you follow your sister, eventually the second chapter will conclude and the third chapter will begin.
