Pokémon Sleep: Transforming Sleep into Entertainment

Are you tired of the same old morning routine? Do you find it hard to get out of bed and start your day? Pokémon has a solution for you with its innovative game, Pokémon Sleep. This game aims to turn your sleep into an exciting adventure, making waking up in the morning something to look forward to.

Pokémon Sleep is a unique game that takes place on a small island where players conduct research on how Pokémon sleep. The game features a large Snorlax who lives on the island and Neroli, a professor studying Pokémon sleep styles.

How to Play Pokémon Sleep

Playing Pokémon Sleep is simple. All you need to do is place your smartphone by your pillow and go to sleep. The game records and measures your sleep, and the longer you sleep, the higher your score in the morning. The higher your score, the more Pokémon you’ll see appear around Snorlax.

Your nights of sleep are classified into one of three sleep styles: dozing, snoozing, or slumbering. In the morning, Pokémon that sleep in similar ways will gather around Snorlax. You may even discover a Pokémon sleeping in a rare style that you wouldn’t normally see. Each Pokémon has a number of different sleep styles, so part of the game involves discovering as many as you can to complete your sleep style dex.

Pokémon GO Plus +

Pokémon Sleep can be paired with Pokémon GO Plus +, a device that makes researching Pokémon sleep styles even easier. Pokémon GO Plus + uses Bluetooth Low Energy technology to link with Pokémon Sleep. When it’s time for bed, just hold the device’s central button, place it by your pillow, and then go to sleep. Not only will Pokémon GO Plus + help measure your sleep data, but it also features Pikachu’s familiar voice giving you cute prompts when it’s time to wake up or go to sleep.

Pokémon Sleep is planned to launch worldwide (excluding certain regions) in the summer of 2023, and Pokémon GO Plus + releases on July 14, 2023. Stay tuned for more details on Pokémon Sleep!

I enjoy playing games, and gaming is a passion of mine. Among my favorite games are Tears of the Kingdom, GTA, and Cyberpunk.
