The artbook from the Trauma Pack for Resident Evil: Village, which comes with collectible and expanded editions of horror, revealed the concept art of one of the key characters in the series, who was eventually removed from the game.
It’s about Ada Wong. Judging by the illustrations and the accompanying notes, instead of the classic red dress, the heroine was supposed to appear in the Village in a gothic outfit, hiding her identity under the guise of the Plague Doctor.
According to the original idea, the heroine came to the village to investigate and at some stage saved Ethan from the kidnappers from the courtroom, but the storyline with her had to be abandoned due to some contradictions with the main script.
Resident Evil: Village is out today. The game is available on Xbox Series X / S, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PC, and Google Stadia.
