The Blood of Dawnwalker: Anca Romance Guide
In this guide, we will explain how to romance Anca in The Blood of Dawnwalker, including all the dialogue options.
Anca is one of the crucial story characters in The Blood of Dawnwalker that you will meet in the opening hour of the prologue. She is a herbalist (at first), but her real identity is revealed later in the story. From the very first meeting with her, it can be seen easily that she is a romanceable character in the game. However, romancing with Anca is not as simple as it seems. It will require you to complete various quests for her and choose specific dialogue options; choosing otherwise can lead to other outcomes. In this guide, we will explain how to romance Anca in The Blood of Dawnwalker, including all the dialogue options.
Anca Romance Guide Walkthrough – The Blood of Dawnwalker
Romancing Anca in The Blood of Dawnwalker is only possible by completing her quests and flirting with her by choosing specific dialogue options. While romancing Anca is the ideal outcome for her character, there are other outcomes as well. The route to romance is not small, so it will take a lot of time and flirting, as it can only happen at the end of the “Stronger Than Achilles” quest. Moreover, the romance vibe is preceded by other quests and dialogue options to make the feelings stronger for the characters. If you have not selected the dialogue options that lead to romance, then the outcome can be Anca remaining a friend or even a blood thirst for Ceon, only if you did not manage Ceon’s hunger issue.
Now, as there are multiple quests to go through for Anca, and each one includes several dialogue options, we have listed all the correct dialogue options for you.

It is the final quest where you have to make a pivotal decision.
- Let Coen use his arm for the blood sacrifice pillar. After that, select the “Better me than you” dialogue option.
- Select the “I’d do anything for you” and “I love you” options.
- After that, select the “Go ahead. Make what you will with it” option to let Anca use the Font.
