The Expanse: A Telltale Series – Where to Find Medicine for Arlen

Finding Medicine for Arlen is one of the side quests in Episode 2 of The Expanse: A Telltale Series. As players go out into the Ship Graveyard, they will get the task to find the medicine that might help Arlen with Pixie Dust. Doing so will increase the bond between the Twins and Drummer which might affect the later episodes of the Telltale Series.

Where to Find Medicine for Arlen

The medicine can be found in the crate near the debris of the UNN Ship. As players follow the main quest of finding the Reaction Mass, they will reach the UNN Ship. Upon finding the Reaction Mass, if players go out of the hole in front, they will see a Green Beacon in front. At the Green Beacon, there are Magboots that can be salvaged.  Just to the right of the Green Beacon, there is a blue container, and beside that Blue Container, lies a crate in which players can find the Medicine.

Fly over to the side of the container and walk on the debris. Go to the end of the debris to see a Crate Prompt on the screen. It is well hidden so players might have to take a slow walk to get the prompt. Once players get the prompt, they need to press the Left-Click to loot the crate and inside the crate, they will find the medicine.

Later players will be able to give the medicine to Arlen to have a positive impact on the bonding.
