Trine 5: A Clockwork Conspiracy – How to Defeat Bridge Guardian

There are several bosses that players will get to defeat as they go on the adventure in Trine 5: A Clockwork Conspiracy. As heroes go after Lady Sunny, they will have to face several enemies and bosses and one of the first bosses that players will get to encounter is Bridge Guardian. It is one of the main bosses that players will have to defeat to cross the bridge to get to Lady Sunny.

How to Defeat Bridge Guardian

Bridge Guardian is the first boss that players will get to encounter in Trine 5: A Clockwork Conspiracy. The Bridge Guardian is a mechanical enemy that shoots explosives and does melee attacks at close range. Hitting the Bridge Guardian without making it unconscious is impossible as it does not take any damage from sword attacks or arrows. To stun the Bridge Guardian, switch to Amadeus the Wizard and use his ability to control the explosives to explode on the Bridge Guardian itself.

It will take 3 explosives in total for Bridge Guardian to get stunned. Once the Bridge Guardian is stunned, switch to Pontius the Knight to use the sword to deal damage to Bridge Guardian. It will deplete half of Bridge Guardian’s HP.

Maintain your distance as Bridge Guardian gets back up to dodge the attacks. Once the yellow projectiles are over, Bridge Guardian will start throwing the explosives again. You need to switch back to Amadeus and repeat the process. Stunning Bridge Guardian for the second time will allow you to completely deplete its HP and defeat the boss.

Bridge Guardian will flee from the bridge and the door will open allowing players to go ahead on the path.
