Ubisoft has confirmed that Watch Dogs Legion will run on the PS5 and Xbox Series X in 4K with 30 fps and raytracing support

Watch Dogs: Legion producer Lathieeshe Thillainathan spoke About the game’s mode on the PS5 and Xbox Series X in a series of questions and answers on Reddit. He didn’t mention any other graphics modes, so it’s unknown if Legion will have a 60 fps performance mode.
Tillenathan also confirmed that the Xbox Series X, as well as the PS5, will support raytracing — previously, users noticed that the corresponding mark disappeared from the Microsoft Store, suggesting that ray tracing on the Series X will not appear. Apparently, the mention of the technology was removed by mistake.
In addition, the producer of Legion said that the game will already support cross-progression between platforms, and a full crossplay will appear in one of the future updates. The game will not require a permanent network connection and can be played offline.
Speaking about the story, Tillenathan said that Aiden Pearce, the main character of the original Watch Dogs, will be perceived in Legion as a full-fledged member of the team with his own character. The protagonist will also be included in all cutscenes from the original Legion missions. The pier itself will appear in the game only with the release of the season ticket.
Watch Dogs: Legion will be released on October 29 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, November 10 on Xbox Series X|S, and November 12 on PS5.
