Where to Find a Cat Bed in Arc Raiders

The Cat Bed is one of the uncommon trinket items in Arc Raiders. It might not seem useful or valuable at the start, but it has a very special purpose in the game. The primary use of the Cat Bed is to give it to Scrappy, your Rooster, and level him up to the Treasure Hunter rank. Scrappy is extremely helpful in providing materials and assorted seeds. As you level him up, he will grant you more items after each raid. In this guide, we will tell you where to find a Cat Bed in Arc Raiders.

Where to Find a Cat Bed in Arc Raiders

The Cat Bed is an uncommon item, and it has random spawn locations. However, since it is a household type of item, the best chance of finding it is to search the Residential and Commercial areas. The residential and commercial areas are currently available only in two maps: Buried City and Blue Gate. However, these maps will be inaccessible for the new players before they complete the unlock requirement.

Here is the unlock requirement and the major areas to search for the Cat Bed in the maps.

NOTE: There is a slight chance of finding a Cat Bed at Pale Apartments and Ruby Residence in Dam Battlegrounds (map).

While searching the major residential and commercial areas, check every container to have a chance of finding the Cat Bed. One of the hot spawn locations for a cat bed is the Pharmacy in Piazza Arbusto on the Buried City map. Moreover, keep a close eye on the tabletops and the floor, as there is a chance that it may spawn outside the containers.

How to Use the Cat Bed to Level Up Scrappy

After finding a Cat Bed, put it in your Safe Slot so you don’t lose it even if you fail to extract. Once you are back at the Speranza, go to the Workshop to train Scrappy to Level 4, Treasure Hunter, by giving him the Cat Bed alongside Prickly Pear and Olives. Scrappy’s ability to gather materials and assorted seeds will increase on Level 4. The player will get more materials from Scrappy after each raid.
