Palia offers various types of bugs that players can catch while doing the Bug Catching Guild. Catching all rarities of bugs is the crucial step of leveling up the Bug Catching Guild to unlock advanced versions of the Belt, as well as new items and crafting recipes at the Bug Catching Guild Store. One of the new, and the only Legendary bug that players can catch is the Flame Queen. In this guide, we will tell you where to find and catch the Flame Queen in Palia.

Where to Find Flame Queen in Palia

The Flame Queen is one of the new and only Legendary bugs in the game that spawn in multiple areas of the Royal Highlands map region. They are pretty hard to spot due to their small size. The areas where the Flame Queen has a high chance of spawning are as follows.

  • Royal Hunting Grounds
  • Formae Amphitheatre
  • House of Nightshade
  • The Standing Cliffs

TIP: If you are not seeing any Flame Queen in the area, try catching other bugs in the area to raise the chances of spawning Flame Queen.

However, you might find some of the Flame Queens inside the Amber crystals. You need to break these crystals before you can catch them.

How to Catch Flame Queen in Palia

Catching the Flame Queen is harder than most bugs that roam freely in Royal Highlands. Upon finding a Flame Queen, use the Smoke Bombs to stun it.

Additionally, stunning the Flame Queen will require numerous Smoke Bombs, so make sure you bring enough to stun it when you find it. If the Flame Queen gets alerted, it will try to flee in a straight line. It is best to throw the Sticky Smoke Bombs on it to slow it down and then use the regular Smoke Bombs to stun it. Once you have stunned the Flame Queen, go near it and interact with it to pick it up.

NOTE: There is a chance you might run into an Amber-touched Flame Queen, which has an Amber around it.

Catching the Amber-touched Flame Queen will drop more Amber Echo. However, if you do not have the Echo Tracker, you will not get Amber Echo from catching Flame Queen or any other bug. Echo Tracker is a special relic that Eshelon gives during the “A Stitch in Time” quest.

Uses of Flame Queen in Palia

The main use of Flame Queen is to use it as a crafting ingredient for Eloine’s Blessing V Relic. Other than that, players can sell Flame Queen for 1,100 Gold (Base) or 1,650 Gold (Star-Quality) to Zeki or at the Shipping Bin. Moreover, you can also gift it to certain villagers who like it or those who need it. So, if you can find any Flame Queens, store one in the storage so you can give one to the villagers who need it. The villagers’ needs change every week, so it is better to keep an eye on them.

Playing Video Games is the very first hobby that I partake in and it became my favorite hobby. Played Unreal Tournament 2004 as my first game which made me a fan of FPS Games. Story and Adventure Games are still my Cup of Tea to go with as they give more detailing to the described worlds and characters. I love to help out my fellow gamers across all over the world by making my publications.
