Xbox Adaptive Controller lets young girl with a disability play Animal Crossing: New Horizons

This is not the first time we have heard of the Xbox Adaptive Controller and its benefits. This time, this very special controller, which is compatible with the Nintendo Switch, has allowed a disabled player to enjoy Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

This is EyeGazeGirl, who has used this Xbox adaptive controller to test the Nintendo Switch game thanks to the charity Special Effect in the United Kingdom. The cute girl wrote

This is me playing AnimalCrossingNewHorizions on NintendoSwitch using Xbox Adaptive Controller, moving the joystick with my chin and switches with my head and hand. Thanks to SpecialEffect for getting me in the game. Looking forward to seeing beckyfr0st on Twitch tomorrow! Smiling face with 3 hearts

Even Xbox boss Phil Spencer has recognized how “inspiring” it is to see this young woman enjoying the game.

To control it, use your chin to move the joystick and operate the buttons with your head and hand. The story has also been shared by the official Xbox account and has quickly gone viral.

Keep in mind, the head of Xbox, Phil Spender keeps appearing supporting Nintendo company even in an interview he shared kind words for Nintendo. To read the interview click here.

I enjoy playing games, and gaming is a passion of mine. Among my favorite games are Tears of the Kingdom, GTA, and Cyberpunk.
