How to Get Bow Early in Tears of the Kingdom
The enemies with the Bow Weapon drop the bow once you’ve eliminated them. The earliest enemy with a bow that you can find is close to the Temple of Time. You need to progress in the main story quest and reach the Temple of Time. From there, after talking to Rauru, go to the right side and jump down on the rock platforms and go ahead towards the Ukouh Shrine.
Right before the stairs of the shrine, there will be an enemy with a bow on the edge. Kill the enemy by getting close to him and take him out with your Melee Weapon. After defeating the enemy, pick up the items that the enemy dropped and you will get an Old Wooden Bow and 5x Arrows. It has a durability of 4 which will last a number of arrows before it breaks down. Don’t worry, you will find a number of Bow Enemies after solving the Ukouh Shrine Puzzle.
