Still Wakes the Deep: Under Rig Walkthrough

This guide will walk you through the Under Rig segment in Still Wakes the Deep.

Under Rig – Walkthrough

Help Brodie with the Dive Bell

After the Deck (1st visit) segment, interact with the door ahead to leave the room and Brodie will ask for your help. Climb the ladder up and listen to Brodie. Make your way down the stairs ahead and interact with the Brake Lever. Now, go back up and interact with the switch to winch up the dive bell.

Get to Engineering Under the Rig

Upon helping Brodie with the Dive Bell, make your way to the left side and open the door to the Under-Rig area. Continue ahead on the path to reach the platforms underneath the rig. Go to the left side and sprint to make a successful jump to the far platforms. Keep on going ahead until you see a mysterious being in front and Douglas calls you from afar. Continue ahead on the platform to find a locked door.

Interact with the lock and mash the prompted key on the screen to break the lock and get past the door. As you go ahead a bit, you will get to balance on a long steel bar. Use the movement keys to maintain the balance and keep on going ahead. Suddenly a loud thrust will shake things up requiring you to mash the prompted button to get back on the steel bar to reach the other side.

Continue following the path ahead to get past another door and you will see a leaking fire. Interact with the valve to close the fire to get past it and then interact with the lever to bring the ladder down. Climb the ladder and continue ahead to cross a steel bar while hugging the wall. After that, run to the left side and make a jump to grab the ladder ahead. Grip the ladder to climb it and then hold the prompted button on the screen to climb to the other side.

Upon reaching the other side, follow along the path to reach the gate to Leg C. Interact with the door to enter the Engineering and initiate the Leg C segment.
