Pokémon Pokopia: Wish Upon A Jirachi Event Guide

Wish Upon A Jirachi is a new limited-time event in Pokémon Pokopia. It runs from June 23 to July 8, 2026, and all players can participate. The overall structure and premise of this new event are the same as the previous limited-time events in Pokopia. A new Pokémon arrives at the Pokémon Center and offers a new set of decorative items in exchange for a new currency. Players have to earn the new currency to get the new decorative items, and then use the items to create a certain habitat to unlock the limited-time Pokémon. In this guide, we will explain everything you need to know about the Wish Upon A Jirachi event in Pokémon Pokopia.

How to Participate in Wish Upon A Jirachi Event

The requirements for participating in the Wish Upon A Jirachi event are the same as the previous events, requiring at least 1 Pokémon Center to be built. However, unlike the previous events, where players can participate without an internet connection, this event requires an active internet connection. It is mainly because of the need to authenticate the local time, so that the players do not fast-forward time to the end of the event.

After fulfilling the requirements, Jirachi will appear at one of the Pokémon Centers. Go and visit Jirachi, and she will teach you the recipe for Wish Notes. Wish Note is the crucial item that you can turn into Sparkling Wish Note, which is the main currency of this event.

How to Craft Wish Notes

After speaking with Jirachi to initiate the event, the first thing you must do is craft at least 10 Wish Notes. You can craft the Wish Notes at the workbench using 2x Vine Rope per Wish Note. The Vine Rope is a common resource that you can find on the ground. Moreover, you can use the “Cut” ability on hanging vines to get the Vine Ropes. After gathering 20x Vine Rope, go to the workbench to craft 10x Wish Note.

How to Get Sparkling Wish Notes

The Sparkling Wish Note is the main currency of the Wish Upon A Jirachi event in Pokémon Pokopia. You get the Sparkling Wish Note by completing Pokémon requests. These requests are as simple as gathering a certain material, cooking a dish, crafting an item, creating a habitat, etc. However, not all Pokémon have requests for you. You need to speak with the ones with bubbles on their heads. Moreover, you must have Wish Notes in your inventory, as you have to give one to each Pokémon after accepting their request. Upon completing the request, the Pokémon will hand you the Sparkling Wish Note in return.

Complete at least 10 Pokémon requests to get 10x Sparkling Wish Note, which then you can use to redeem the rewards.

All Wish Upon A Jirachi Event Rewards

Similar to previous events, you can find the new decorative items inside the Pokémon Center. There are 10 exclusive, limited-time decorative items to claim. Here are all the rewards you can claim for Sparkling Wish Notes in Pokémon Pokopia.

In addition to these rewards, there is a secret reward that you unlock after spending 8 Sparkling Wish Notes. This secret reward is the Shooting Stars Photo Frame for your camera. You can use this new photo frame while taking pictures.

How to Build “Surrounded by stars” Habitat for Jirachi

Lastly, the final thing to do in this event is to build the habitat for Jirachi to appear. Jirachi only appears in the “Surrounded by stars” habitat. You can build this habitat by placing the following items.

• 1x Star closet
• 1x Starry-sky bed
• 1x Cloud table
• 1x Jirachi lamp (on the Cloud table)

Place the closet, bed, and table in a line, and then place the lamp on the table to complete the habitat.

NOTE: The lamp must be powered to finish the habitat.

After building the Surrounded by stars habitat, you have to wait until July 8, 2026, for Jirachi to appear at the habitat.
